Came out same day for kitchen sink leak. Gave me 3 options to fix. Mark changed drain pipe and removed garbage disposal perfectly. They emailed me appointment confirmation and then picture of tech when on his way. Then emailed the invoice and even called me to see if I was happy. More businesses should be as professional.

Lynne Benton - Delray Beach, FL 33445
The customer service is great and they came almost right away for a spigot. They kept the communication with me through out. I live out of state so I couldn’t be there. My only issue was the price, they are way over priced.

Scott came out because our drains for our 2 sinks, 2 toilets, and one shower were clogged and overflowing. He arrived very quickly. Assessed the situation, gave us quote and fixed the issue in 3 hours. He had to remove a toilet and reseal. He laid down rugs to protect the floor and cleaned up after each step. I would highly recommend asking for him if you every call John The Plumber.
